Lunar Moth Frame Decorating Class

This class focuses on creating your own framed lunar moth display, but it is intentionally more free form than technical. The lunar moth, or Actias Luna, is a pale green silk moth known for its long tails and soft, ghostlike wings. I provide the full class kit, including the moth,  pressed/dried flowers and other decor, the tools you need during the session, and the frame so you leave with a finished piece of art ready to hang. The atmosphere stays relaxed, hands on, and beginner friendly, so even if you have never worked with insects before you’ll feel comfortable and supported. You will take home a piece you created yourself with a beautiful Lunar Moth!
